Polarity and Chronic Exhaustion

    "Each session was a completely different experience although in all cases there was the feeling of deep relaxation during the treatment and a feeling of lightness and wellbeing at the end".    I have had four sessions of polarity from Graham spread over a four-week period. Each session was a completely different experience although in all cases there was the feeling of deep relaxation during the treatment and a feeling of lightness and wellbeing at the end.

    In the first session, I felt completely relaxed almost to point of being asleep and was vaguely aware of Graham’s hand being somewhere above my abdomen; very suddenly I felt what seemed to be a tight circle across my abdomen followed swiftly by a deep feeling of loss that took me from deep relaxation to tears of extreme sadness. This was then followed by a huge feeling of relief.

    Equally strong experiences, such as pain moving around the body and then being released, occurred in all sessions but each time in a different way. The aim was to help deal with an issue of fear associated with an unpleasant event in my childhood. This fear has recently been linked in my mind to all sorts of unlikely negative outcomes in unrelated areas and so was acting as a block in my life and seemed to possibly be linked to chronic exhaustion.

    As a result of the therapy I definitely feel more energised and, more specifically, the past event in my life has been removed from the forefront of my mind to an event which happened but which is no longer a problem. A very powerful therapy despite the fact that you feel as though you are doing nothing but relaxing in a pleasant room listening to music!
